Joseph was born in Ipswich, MA on January 24, 1675 and died on November 4, 1761.
He married Sarah Warner, who died on February 28, 1754.
On April 29, 1696, his father deeded to him the southern end of his farm, bounding on the common in Ipswich. He resided in Ipswich, MA. His will was probated December 14, 1761. His son Daniel was executor, and he mentions his grand-daughter Mary, daughter of Stephen Kimball, "late of Dracut, deceased." He also mentions his daughters, Mercy and Eunice Skillon.
All children were born in Ipswich, MA.
