Edmund Kimball

Edmund was born on April 6, 1716 in Bradford, MA and died on November 10, 1795
He married on January 25, 1742 to Dorothy Kimball, daughter of Ephraim and Ann (Tenney) Kimball. She was born on June 30, 1724 and died on April 30, 1797
He was a farmer, and resided in Bradford. He was a man of great influence, and had a large landed estate after he had given each of his sons a handsome inheritance. He lived in the center of the village and was succeeded there by his son, William.
He lent $130 to the town of Bradford, May 5, 1778, for the purpose of raising men for militia service.
He was the town tax collector.
