Ebenezer was born in Wenham, MA in 1690 and died in 1769.
He married in Boston, MA on June 9, 1712 to Elizabeth Carr, daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Boyce) Carr of Salisbury, MA. She was born in Salisbury on June 9, 1691
He was a yeoman and a mason. He lived in Wenham and Beverly, MA.
In 1740 he moved to Hopkinton, MA, and bought of Edward Hopkins' trustees, he and his wife Elizabeth, giving a mortgage back. He spent the remainder of his life there.
His will was probated in 1773. His wife was alive at this time, and he gives her all his household goods, two cows, and the use of all his real estate for the remainder of her life. The will is on file at Cambridge, MA. In his will, after giving his son-in-law, James Hiscock, the residual of his estate, he says: "to my other Children Ebenezer, Richard, and 'Boys' and Dorothy, Elizabeth, Mary, Abigail, and Sarah I have heretofor given as their settlements and marriages their full proportion of my estate according to my ability."
