Moses Kimball

Moses was born in Boxford, MA on August 23, 1718
He married on January 4, 1750 to Sarah Pritchard.
He was a resident of Boxford and Bradford, MA, and later of
Amherst, NH, where he signed, in 1776, the following agreement.
"We the subscribers do hereby engage and promise that we will to the utmost of
our power at the Risque of our lives and fortunes, with arms, oppose the hostile
proceedings of the British Fleets and Armies against the United Colonies."
On February 28, 1783, he and his son Moses signed a petition in relation to the division of the parish. On May 11, 1795 he gave his farm to Moses, Jr., on the condition that Moses, Jr., "should pay all Moses, Sr.'s, debts contracted previous to this date, and that Moses, Jr., should support Moses, Sr., and his wife for the remainder of their lives."
