Moses Kimball
(Richard, Benjamin, Ebenezer, Abner)

Moses was born in Haverhill, MA on November 8, 1747 and died in Jefferson, Ohio somewhere between 1828 and August 30, 1830 when his will was probated in Ohio.

He married in Hopkinton NH on October 16, 1771 to Jemima Clement, the daughter of Timothy Clement.

He was an orderly sergeant in Capt. Isaac Baldwin's Co. at Lexington in 1775.  He was at Bunker Hill, where he was wounded by having one of his thumbs shot off.  He was also in many other engagements, and especially at the surrender of Burgoyne.

He removed to Ohio, and settled there.  As near as can be reconstructed from family history and notes, he had a large family.  It is difficult to provide an accurate listing of his children, in their proper order, as many relevant dates are missing.
