Abner was born in Haverhill, MA on April 10, 1755 and died on March 11, 1818.
He married on December 18, 1781 to Abigail Gage of Bradford, MA. She was born in 1761 and died on May 24, 1803.
He married 2nd, on July 10, 1803, to Mrs. Mercy (Judkins) Colby, the widow of Anthony Colby. She died on January 28, 1865, in her 99th year.
He was a private in Capt. Ebenezer Colby's Co. in April 19, 1775. On August 15, 1777, he enlisted in Capt. Carr's Co. for three years. He was discharged on February 12, 1780. He enlisted on August 12, 1781, as sergeant in James Mallon's Co., Putnam's Regt., and was in the same company on September 5, 1782.
He removed from Haverhill, MA to Sanbornton, NH.

4. Abigail (6), b. 4 Mar 1793; d. Sanbornton, NH, 5 Jan 1827; m. 1 Feb 1819, Levi Wallace
5. Abner (6-801), b. 14 Oct 1805. Resided in Sanbornton.
