David Kimball
(Richard, Henry, John, John, Benjamin)

David was born in Poplin, now Fremont, NH on December 5, 1730 and his will was probated on October 27, 1801.

He married in Amesbury, MA on October 28, 1751 to Annie Sargent.

He married (2nd) in Hawke, now Danville, NH, by the Rev. John Page on June 8, 1772 to Abigail Hutchins.

In his will, which was made in Waterboro, ME, he leaves each of his children one dollar, except Aaron, who was the youngest son; he was to receive the residue of the estate after the death of Abigail, wife of David.  In 1755, he, with his wife, Ann, and two children, were warned out of Amesbury.  In old times selectmen looked with suspicion upon all persons coming into a town to live, for fear that they might become town charges.  He seems after that to have gone to Brentwood, NH, as his son David was born there. In 1764, he, with his brothers, was in the westerly end of Brentwood.  He removed to Waterboro, Maine, where he lived at the time of his death.  His will is on file at the York county court house in Alfred, ME.
