John Marshall Kimball

John Marshall Kimball was born on December 4, 1829

He married in November of 1855 to Kate O'Hara

He married, 2nd, on April 16, 1858 to Ellen Gearon, daughter of Anthony Gearon of Albany, NY

He was graduated A.B. at Dartmouth College in 1849.

Was a trader in Contoocook until 1851, when he went to Albany, NY and studied law with James Callahan.  He began the practice of law in 1853 and continued in it until his death, except during the time that he served in the army.

He was a soldier in the war of 1861.
